Co-Chairman, Stanley E. Hitchcock
Mr. Hitchcock was part of the founding group and headed the Nashville operations at CMT (1983-1991) until its sale to Gaylord Entertainment and Group W. He was founder and CEO of Americana Television Network (1993-1995) based in Branson, MO until its sale to Liberty Media. Mr. Hitchcock has a 40 year history in the entertainment industry as a performer and television personality.
Co-Chairman, H. Frank Auman, Jr.
Mr. Auman builds, owns and manages commercial buildings and apartment complexes throughout central North Carolina. He is owner of Southern Property Management LLC, Auman Productions LLC, which operates The Classic Country Theater in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Board member of KBI Bio Pharma, Inc. a company developing and producing biopharmaceuticals. Previously, he served on the board of Triad Bank, the Board of Trustees of Randolph Community College and as President of the Asheboro Home Builders Association. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Corporate Secretary, Director, Denise T. Hitchcock, APR.
Ms. Hitchcock has been involved in the television and cable television industry for the past 27 years both on the client and agency side. In 1977 she was part of the programming team at Warner Cable which developed the revolutionary two-way cable television system QUBE. Nickelodeon and MTV were also products of this "TV think tank". Ms. Hitchcock is an accredited public relations and marketing professional who has had her own firm for the past 15 years.
Director, Alan McLaughlin
Mr. McLaughlin has managed production departments for several cable networks and production facilities and has more than 15 years of distinguished production credits to his name. Mr. McLaughlin was the Executive in Charge of Production at the Americana Television Network and has managed hundreds of hours of live and taped television productions.
Director, Ronald W. Reno
Mr. Reno has over 40 years experience in the music industry as an artist, producer and publisher. He is the producer, host and creator of the CableAce nominated music series "Renos Old Time Music Festival", a hit production on the Americana Television Network. Mr. Reno is a long time board member of the International Bluegrass Music Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Center for Traditional Music at Morehead State University.
General Counsel, Robert St. John Roper, Esq.
Mr. Roper has been a practicing attorney for 34 years. He has served as business and general counsel to Discovery, Echostar, Starz-Encore Media, TCI, Liberty Media and others. Mr. Roper is a former Associate General Counsel for the NCTA and is currently also counsel to The Cable Center in Denver, CO.
Director, William W. ("Billy") Chisholm, Jr.
Billy is the Managing Director of Sterne, Agee and Leach, Inc., of Savannah, Georgia. A graduate of Savannah Country Day and the University of Georgia (Bachelor of Arts in Economics), he has been in investment banking and financial services for 33 years. He was an organizer of The Savannah Bank, is presently a director of The Coastal Bank and is a partner in O & C Management, LLC, a Delaware Corporation that is the general partner of the Savannah Fund, LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership and hedge fund. Billy has been involved in numerous start-ups around the country in businesses as diverse as technology, banking, real estate and consumer rewards companies.
